The request for partial or total correction of personal data may only be made by the interested party who owns said data or their duly accredited legal representative, in accordance with the provisions established in the Personal Data Protection Guidelines, which must be observed by the agencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration in the reception, processing, resolution, and notification of personal data correction requests made by individuals.

Personal data provided through the forms on the Interface & Control de México website will be protected under articles 3 (section II), 18 (section II), 19, 20 (section VI), 21, 22 and other related articles of the Federal Law on Transparency and Access to Public Government Information, as well as articles 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 47 and 48 of its Regulations, and the Personal Data Protection Guidelines.

Interface & Control de México commits its personnel who have access to personal data in the exercise of their functions or involvement in any phase of processing, to maintain confidentiality regarding such information.
